VISION

God has given us a fresh, clear vision for the Church in Canada. It is a vision where dreams become a reality, and people are important in the development of God's plan. God's vision for CECC is that God's “pattern” for the Church (1Corinthians 12:4-31) be biblically restored by leaders who will challenge the Church to be innovative and creative in reaching today's generation while changing the spiritual landscape of Canada.

This will be accomplished by:

A. The Great Commission:
a) Releasing men and women into ministry
b) Discovery of one's personal giftings
c) Training and mentoring (cutting edge) leadership
d) Partnership between clergy and laity in ministry
e) Leading the Church through prayer and worship

B. Indigenous Church Planting:
a) The planting of Purpose-driven, Willow Creek and Apostolic-style churches
b) The planting of house churches through church multiplication
c) Dynamic, healthy, reproductive, contagious churches
d) Consistent church growth assessment training
e) Evangelistic outreach to the unchurched

CECC has high expectations, and seeks a standard that is high enough to challenge many Christians to be our next generation leaders. We are connecting Christ's people to fulfill His Great Commission in the 21st century!

PURPOSE

God's purpose for CECC is to train and equip men and women who will lead the Church of God into experiencing the power and presence of Almighty God through the New Wine of the Holy Spirit.

MISSION

God's mission for CECC is to raise up entrepreneurs who will boldly plant and establish new paradigm churches (recognizing house churches and cell groups) and ministries that will provide an atmosphere of the Father's love for the churched and unchurched. Our mission is the same - to make disciples who make disciples.
