WELCOME TO OUR WEBSITE!
The Canadian Evangelical Christian Churches was established
in 1967, and is a Full Gospel Denomination that encompasses the scope
and bridges the gap between the various denominational traditions.
EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE YOU CAN MAKE!
God calls people to serve in different ways
in the Bible. "who will go for me and who shall I send?" asks
God of Isaiah, who responds by saying, "Here I am, send me!"
God calls Jeremiah to be a prophet but he replies that he is
just a boy and not qualified. God tells him not to worry because God will
place His words in Jeremiah's mouth.
David is an example of the call of God to be the King of Israel.
This is seen in the process of selection in 1 Samuel. When David is brought
before Samuel the Lord says, "Arise anoint him, for this is he."
In the New Testament, Jesus calls the apostles Andrew and Peter,
and they drop everything to follow him. Christianity, since then, has
exploded around the world.
Is God calling you to serve the Church in a special way? Is
God calling someone you know? Are you receiving a call from God
to licensed or ordained ministry? Or is God calling you to be
the vehicle by which someone else hears God's call?
We encourage you to explore these
pages to see how you might help build up Christ's Church!
